WHAT DO I GAIN AS A SPONSOR?
There are many benefits to being a sponsor of team 5052. In addition to having a direct impact on the team you get to reach a whole new audience, and help a new generation explore their interests in the STEM field. To find out more about our levels of sponsorship, we’ve included a handy document below.
Sponsorship Levels
WHAT CAN I DONATE?
Team 5052 is thankful for anything you can provide, such as:
WHY DO WE NEED DONATIONS?
Our estimated cost for the 2017-2018 season is $35,000. Your donation will help the team get all of the things we will need for a successful season.
We use cash donations for build season necessities such as wood, metal, electronics, tools, nuts/bolts/screws, business materials (banners, leaflets, flyers, scouting materials, presentation tools etc.), pit items (storage for tools, whiteboards, and other competition necessary items), bumpers, safety items (safety glasses, fire extinguishers, gloves, etc.), Plexiglas, pneumatics, gears, and more.
WHERE DOES MY CASH DONATION GO?
All funds will be managed by the Cedar Park High School Robotics Booster Club. The Cedar Park High School Robotics Boosters Club is a charitable, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to encourage, support, and provide financial contribution for the Cedar Park High School Robotics Team and assist in their STEM outreach activities. Sponsors and donors may request proof of nonprofit status for tax reporting purposes.
CAN I SET UP A MEETING IN PERSON?
We would love to come and personally meet you, as a student-run and student-led organization scheduling can be a bit difficult. Meeting times on weekends are typically best if possible. However, arrangements can be made to meet after 4:00 PM on weekdays. If you would like to set up a meeting please fill out the contact form.
